AAi Corporate Office San Jose, California In 2000, AAi purchased a 7,000-square-foot building on The Alameda for our San Jose corporate offices. We gutted the building and remodeled it from the ground up to provide the perfect mix of work space and amenities for our creative professionals. The office features a lobby, design library, open offices, a tech support area, and an employee lounge and kitchen. In addition, we replaced the rollup door at the rear of the building with a mullion and glazing system to increase natural light. To create a more sophisticated storefront, we moved the entryway, raised the parapet, added a new canopy, and used a blend of color and lighting improvements to obtain a richer, warmer look.
