As part of the $6 million renovation of Almaden Financial Plaza, a three-building, 403,700-square-foot office complex in downtown San Jose, AAi upgraded the common areas, lobbies, restrooms, and elevators lobbies, and redesigned the main entrances for a high-impact curbside presence. AAi also provided tenant planning services for several of the Plaza’s tenants, including AG Edwards, Colliers International, and Bozzuto Insurance.
