To enhance its marketing appeal to prospective tenants, we performed a complete interior remodel and an extensive exterior renovation that imbued the dated exterior façade of this building with contemporary panache. Stacked stone, polished quartz, gleaming metal and herculite glass bridge across the exterior glass wall, appearing to fuse the lobby and the entry portico together as one. The result was an eye-catching look that served to quickly lease the building as the new corporate headquarters of Omneon Corporation.
