As part of the $6 million renovation of Almaden Financial Plaza, a three-building, 403,700-square-foot office complex in downtown San Jose, AAI upgraded the common area lobbies, restroom cores, elevators lobbies, and corridors, and redesigned the main entrances for a high-impact curbside presence. A new building entry was added at the most prominent corner of the property as well as a new café off the common lobby area. AAI coordinated with the landscape architect to design a more pedestrian-friendly and distinctive site. New exterior paint and new signage completed the re-branding for the Plaza and added to the property's updated, dynamic presence in the downtown area. AAI also provided tenant planning services for several of the Plaza's tenants, including AG Edwards, Colliers International, and Bozzuto Insurance.
