Club Auto Sport is a two-building 120,000-sf commercial business/car condominium complex located on a 7 acre site. The complex includes 70 individual car condominiums, showroom, conference room, lounge and fitness center. We provided architectural design services for the extensive exterior renovation and complete remodel of the building interior. This scope of work included the complete demolition of the exterior façade, interior improvements, site curbs & paving and a corner of the existing building for the new building showroom addition. The entire building received a full seismic upgrade with multiple overhead door additions, full new electrical service, full new fire protection sprinkler system, new HVAC system and new restrooms. The 10,000-sf showroom features granite floors, soaring ceilings and 16-foot high glass walls with automatic Mecho Shades, and it includes a full service bar, catering kitchen, exercise center, lockers, showers and state of the art sound system including 7 large flat-screen TVs and two projection screens. The project also features a sophisticated security protection system and specialized ventilation system for automobiles.
