To update the appearance of this 70's vintage building, we punctuated the entrance with a new monumental entry arch of steel and stone, new contemporary landscaping, lighting and a strong and vibrant paint palette. The lobby was redesigned utilizing herculite glazing, travertine stone floors, light colors and a new higher ceiling line to enhance the sense of openness and light. Since its completion, it has become a standout, corner landmark in the surrounding area.
