As part of a master planned project to update the aesthetics of Mountain View Research Park, this heavily textured 70's era building received extensive work to it's dated façade, new landscaping, sitework and relaxing employee courtyard. By utilizing furred out cement plaster elements, rich contrasting colors, and dramatic shadow lines, a bold contemporary appearance was achieved. Dramatic glass panels, an element used throughout this Boston Properties Business Park, were employed to enhance the tenant entries. The resulting look is unique, yet is consistent in theme with the other recently renovated buildings.
