This building was one of many purchased in the office park by Boston Properties. It was required that this building be integrated aesthetically with the other buildings in the park and be easily identified as part of this owner's portfolio. Capitalizing on its prominent location at the office park's corner entrance, we incorporated bold curvilinear architectural elements to set the tone for the proposed design. This feature received deep fluted bands which utilized forceful rectangular columns to enhance the entry's monumental appearance. New patterned pavement and landscaping were used to add drama to the entry experience.
