AAI recently renovated this three-story building originally constructed in 1941 that has housed various financial institutions throughout the years. This building was purchased by the San Jose Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce due to the prominence of this historical corner in downtown San Jose. The interior is a blend of old and new that functions as the hub for San Jose business leaders. Attention was paid to detail to ensure that historical features were restored. The exterior upgrade included a new glass entry with the Chamber logo branded on the doors and awning above, a new paint scheme, exterior lighting, as well as a 25-foot led lit sign at the building's highly visible corner of West Santa Clara and North Market.
