AAI recently completed the renovation of this two story 109,000-sf multi-tenant office building owned by Menlo Equites. The project included the renovation of the main lobby, restroom cores, corridors and elevator. The design incorporated dramatic light fixtures and furniture in the main lobby as well as upscale finishes and artwork. Through the modernized design we were able to create an inviting and welcoming environment for existing tenants, visitors and potential tenants.
