We have provided architectural design service for the upgrades to the building exterior and interior including a face lift for the main lobby and elevators and upgrades to the common area restrooms and a complete remodel for the second floor office space and common area. We have provided tenant planning for many of the building tenants including Impetus, Suhr Risk and EPlanet Ventures.
